CUSTOM HOMES BY TBG
Your custom home. Ready to furnish in 90 days.
Choose the plan, spaces, facade and finishes that make the home yours.
Once the design and scope are approved, TBG coordinates the structure, services and finishes against one 90-day delivery clock.
The 90-day delivery period begins at notice to proceed and applies to the agreed fully fitted scope.
TBG home design concept · not project photography
PERSONAL IN DESIGN. INDUSTRIAL IN DELIVERY.
Custom should describe your home, not the uncertainty of building it.
Conventional custom construction often makes every decision part of a new on-site experiment.
TBG separates choice from complexity.
You decide what affects how the home looks, feels and works. TBG standardizes the production logic behind it, so your choices can move through a repeatable building system.
The result is a home made for you, delivered through a process built for speed, consistency and control.

FULLY FITTED. READY FOR YOUR FURNITURE.
What ready to furnish means
Before notice to proceed, TBG documents exactly what the 90-day handover includes. The approved scope covers the structure, envelope, internal partitions, building services, finished surfaces, doors, sanitary fittings, agreed fixtures, paint and floor finishes, quality review and handover documents.
The completed home is ready for you to furnish.
MASS CUSTOMIZATION, NOT A CATALOGUE HOME
The process repeats. Your home does not have to.
TBG uses a modular production logic that can accommodate different layouts, elevations and finish selections.
Standardization is applied where it creates speed and quality. Customization is preserved where it creates value for you.
That means fewer surprises behind the walls and more freedom in the spaces you live in.
FROM NOTICE TO PROCEED TO READY TO FURNISH
The 90-day path
- 01
Before the clock starts
The design, specifications, selections, site prerequisites and acceptance requirements are agreed. The 90-day production program begins when notice to proceed is issued.
- 02
Production planned
The structural system, materials, crews, manufacturing and finishing sequence are coordinated before site execution accelerates.
- 03
Structure produced
Industrialized construction creates the structural shell through repeatable, precision-controlled cycles.
- 04
Home fitted and finished
Robotic and mechanized processes handle suitable flooring, painting and other repeatable finishing work while quality checks follow the agreed specification.
- 05
Home handed over
The completed home is reviewed against the defined scope and delivered ready to furnish.
The sequence begins only after the agreed design, scope, site prerequisites and acceptance requirements are complete and notice to proceed is issued.
A DELIVERY DATE THAT CAN SEE WHAT IS COMING
TAKT is designed to give the production plan foresight.
TAKT is designed to follow the state of the work, forecast selected readiness milestones and flag constraints early enough for the team to respond.
For the homeowner, that means clearer progress visibility and earlier warning when a decision is required.
