What makes this different
Technology developed away from live production tends to be elegant and wrong. Construction knowledge developed without a system tends to be valuable and unrecorded, and then it leaves with the crew.
Owning both closes the loop:
- A new production idea is tested against a physical outcome within days, not at the end of a pilot
- Manufacturing decisions respond to what the site actually did last week
- TAKT is corrected by roughly 4,300 real pours rather than by a demonstration dataset
- Proven knowledge travels from one project to the next instead of dispersing with the crew
- When the robotics arrive in 2028, they arrive into a line that already knows its own rhythm
