TBG uses precision aluminum formwork to create reinforced concrete walls and slabs together as a monolithic structural system.

The formwork is stripped, moved and reused. The cycle begins again on the next floor, villa or plot.

Each production line is configured around the required building geometry, available systems, crew capacity and delivery date.

For suitable high-volume programs, TBG can configure a production line for a target output of three to six core-and-shell units per working day.

Production timing is measured from notice to proceed. Target output depends on the agreed design, scope, site readiness and production configuration.
