1,075 villas on a fixed 16-month program. 336,337 square meters of built-up area. A row development of attached villas across four types, in end and mid variants.
- Scope
Structural core and shell. Four pours per villa: ground floor, first floor, roof and parapet. About 4,300 pours in total.
- Method
A repeating production cycle, not a sequence of one-off builds.
Twenty-four sets of aluminum formwork move through the site. A set is bolted up on a villa, poured, stripped, and carried to the next plot, where it starts again. The panels are not consumed; they build villa after villa.
Every panel is tracked and every pour is logged as it happens. TAKT runs on that record, so the rate is measured rather than reported, and a slip is visible while there is still time to act on it.

Three villas per working day, sustained, from a single site. And counting.
