Structural core and shell, three levels per villa, across four villa types.
Method
A repeating production cycle, not a sequence of one-off builds. One set of formwork is assembled, poured, stripped and moved to the next villa, so structure advances on a fixed rhythm instead of waiting on deliveries. TAKT runs on that rhythm, recording every set movement and every pour as it happens, so the line's rate is measured rather than reported, and a delay surfaces while there is still time to act on it.
